It is our pleasure to provide complementary transportation to and from the airport and to and from
your clinic for your one pre operative consultation with your Doctor and of course, for your procedure
itself. Should you require transportation for additional consultations or therapeutic massages, they may
be provided at a low cost by one of our given staff members or by our recommended taxi services.

Cancellation Policy
Villa Le Mas Aftercare Facility is an establishment
dedicated to the post surgical care of women and
men after medical procedures. The length of the
stay varies according to the procedure between 6
days and three weeks.
We work under reservation because of the length of
stay and we are not able to rent rooms by the night
like hotels.
We will always honor reservations and room
requests unless circumstances out of our control.
Therefore we request the same commitment from
our patients.
If the reservation is changed one month or more
prior the arrival there will no penalty.
If the reservation is changed between to weeks and
one month prior there will be a penalty of 50% of
the total amount of the reservation.
If the reservation is changed less than two weeks
prior there will be a penalty of 75% of the total
amount of the reservation.
At Villa Le Mas we understand the difficulty and
anxiety that planning the trips imposes on our
patients and relatives so we try to provide all the
certainty and assurance possible. So they will
know that their arrangements will be honored.
